If you think that product is not what you had expected or received product in damaged condition, you can return the same to us by mailing at . Request must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product. Return products must be unused, should be sent with original packing & invoice, without any scratches, seal shouldn’t be open, as well as all accessories (if any) should be included with the product. A product return which shows any sign of being used will not be accepted & refund will not be processed for the same.

Any free sample/gift sent along with the product should be returned in an unused condition as well. If free sample/gift is not included/is used; refund will not be processed. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any of our items unless they were received as ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as described’.

Please Note: For certain campaigns, sale period, offers etc.; a different set of rule may apply. PLS refer to promotional banner for any specific conditions.

Cancellation & Return Policy

  • 1) Cancellation By Liberty Lifestyle

    There may be instances under which Liberty Lifestyle cannot process or accept order. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to accept your order. In certain cases, we also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled or any additional information is required to process the order. If the order not cash on delivery (COD), customer will be refunded for the exact same value he has paid.

  • 2) Cancellation By Customer

    You can cancel an order until it has not been packed and shipped from our warehouse. Apart from cash on delivery (COD) order, we will refund amount paid as per the payment mode used while placing order.

    • a) How Can a customer cancel his order / How to cancel , If the order is yet to be shipped

      Please go to your “My Account” section and select “My Orders” to cancel your order and then select the item or order you want to cancel. You can also mail us at , and provide order ID, product name to cancel your order.

    • b) If the order has been Shipped

      If you want to cancel an order, which has been shipped already, please mail us at . You can reject the product delivery as and when courier comes to your address for delivery. We will process refund within 24-48 business hours; once product is received by us.

    • c) No cancellation is allowed if the products are shipped for an order received from international location

  • 3) How reward or loyalty points /gift certificate/ discount voucher value will be refunded, which were used in cancelled order?

    Discount vouchers are for one time use only and they can’t be used again if the order is cancelled by you. If order was placed by redeeming reward or loyalty points; they will be credit back in your account.
  • 4) Can Partial order be cancelled?

    Yes, you can cancel a order partially, by going into “My Order” under your “My Account” section.

  • 5) Can orders be modified?

    An order can be modified only before it has been shipped. Following details can be modified: Shipping address, Quantity (increasing or decreasing), Phone number, contact person name.

    Please go to your “My Account” section and select “My Orders” to make changes in your order.

    If you wish to buy different products, you have to place a new order for the same.

  • 6) What is the timeline for placing return request?

    Return Request must be placed within 48 hours of product delivery. Any request placed after that will not be accepted. Same timeline applies for a partial order return.

  • 7) How to place request for return?

    Please go to your “My Account” section and select “My Orders” to place return request.

    Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount as per mode of payment. If the product was sent with a free sample, it needs to be sent back as well.

    Product should be returned with it’s original packing and unused. In case of discount voucher or gift certificate was used and desired replacement is not available, we will reissue the discount voucher or gift certificate of the same value, as used in placing the original order.

  • 8) Under what circumstances return request cannot be placed by customer?

    a) If the order has been placed form an international location

    b) If return request is not placed within 48 hours of delivery.

    c) If the product or packaging is damaged or tampered

    d) If the product is used

    e) If the product was delivered to you as a free sample

    f) If product serial number is tampered

    g) If free sample sent along with actual product is used or damaged

    h) If original packing, price tag, freebies, accessories is not available.

  • 9) Can partial order be returned ?

    Yes, same policy and process apply in case of return of a partial order

  • 10) What if the product is delivered in damaged condition or wrong product has been delivered?

    Although we take utmost care while packing our products, in some cases they may get damaged during transit or wrong product might be shipped to you.

    Pick up for the product will be done within 2-4 business days. Refund or replacement will be processed only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact, along with any free sample sent to you.

Refund Policies

  • 1) How much time does it take to refund and how it will be done ?

    We shall process the refund once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with free sample(if sent), its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

In case of cancellation when shipment has already been dispatched or if it the product is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

If the payment was made using any wallet the refund will reflect in your account in 48-72 hours.

If the payment was made using Liberty Reward/ Loyalty points, the refund will reflect in your account in 24 hours.
