Cancellation & Return Policy
1. Cancellation By Liberty Lifestyle
There may be instances under which Liberty Lifestyle cannot process or accept order. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to accept your order. In certain cases, we also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled or any additional information is required to process the order. If the order is not cash on delivery (COD), the customer will be refunded for the exact same value he has paid.
2. Cancellation By CustomerYou can cancel an order until it has not been packed and shipped from our warehouse. You can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org , and provide order ID, product name to cancel your order. Alternatively, you can also call us on our toll free number 1800-121-3546 or +91-9996155777. Apart from cash on delivery (COD) order, we will refund the amount paid as per the payment mode used while placing the order. The refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours. Once the order has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
3. How will gift certificates/ discount vouchers be refunded, which were used in a cancelled order?
Discount vouchers are for one time use only and they can’t be used again if the order is cancelled by you.
4. Can orders be modified?
An order can be modified only before it has been shipped. Following details can be modified: Shipping address, Quantity (increasing or decreasing), Phone number, contact person name.
If you wish to buy different products, you have to place a new order for the same.
6. What if the product is delivered in damaged condition or the wrong product has been delivered?
Although we take utmost care while packing our products, in some cases they may get damaged during transit or the wrong product might be shipped to you.
Please contact us on the same day of delivery. You can call us at 1800-121-3546 or +91-9996155777 or e-mail us at email@example.com along with your Order ID, pictures of the product and invoice, along with product name(s).
Pick up for the product will be arranged within 2-4 business days. Refund or replacement for damaged products will be processed once the product received has been vetted by us. Refund or replacement for wrong products will be processed only if the return products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact, along with any free sample sent to you.
